Do we need biological time zones?
Our universal time system is vital for worldwide human collaboration. However, this artificial system can clash with the individual rhythms of our bodies. These tools illustrate how we can measure various time zones of our bodies.
The perception of time with our bodies suggests a life that is more synchronized with our own nature.
As time passes differently depending on how we measure it, i was curious in how we can quantify time with our body. Therefore I chose three different rhythms that can not be consciously controlled:
tool nr.3: brain signals
tool nr. 2: nail growth
tool nr.1: nasal cycle
Perceiving time with our bodies might lead us towards a life that is more synchronized with the nature we are part of.
